Our Mission

Is to serve and support the Association’s mission to offer scholarships to the children of New Mexico workers, who have either been killed or were catastrophically injured due to a work injury.

Who We Are

The Workers’ Compensation Association of New Mexico Foundation was formed in 2011 to serve and support the Association’s mission to offer scholarships to the children of New Mexico workers, who have either been killed or were catastrophically injured due to a work injury. The Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 organization that functions separately, but in conjunction with the Association’s board.

Board of Directors

Our board of directors are volunteers who donate their time for the betterment of the Foundation and to raise funding for the Toby Wright Memorial Scholarship Fund while providing quality educational opportunities to the workers’ compensation partners, members and stakeholders.
